COE/GOC/DCE
For issuance of Provisional COE/GOC/DCE (valid for 3 months), a Copy of the following Documents are Required:
  • Crew List
  • Application Form COE/GOC/DCE duly filled and signed
  • Certificate of Competency (COC) with the STCW 95 endorsement and GMDSS certificate for Navigational Officers of each officer applying

For issuance of Permanent COE/GOC/DCE (valid for 3 years), the following Original Documents should be Submitted before expiry of the 3 months Provisional COE:

  • Application Form COE/GOC/DCE
  • Valid Medical Certificate issued not more than 6 months before the date of application by a licensed and approved physician
  • Passport size photos (soft copy) of 35mm(W) x 45mm(H)
    1. JPEG format only
    2. file size not exceeding 200KB
    3. Resolution of 300pixels/inch
