Original Documents for submission: Application Form R4 Original or Certified True Copy of Bareboat Charter Agreement Written Consent from the registered Mortgagee(s) if any Notarised Applicant's/Owner's Passport Annual fees are paid in advance. Upon receipt of the fees and the necessary documents, the registration of the vessel will be suspended for a period of one year and the vessel will be issued a Certificate of Suspension. This period of suspension may be extended upon application. During this temporary closure, mortgages can still be recorded in the Tuvalu register if required. Click here to download Forms.
